NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Burlington Junction Wastewater Improvement Project

City of Burlington Junction, Missouri

Notice is hereby given that the City of Burlington Junction will host a public hearing on Monday, July 10, 2023, at 6 p.m. located at City Hall, 122 North Clarinda Street, Burlington, Missouri 64428. The hearing will discuss the expected environmental impact of the project known as the Burlington Junction Wastewater Improvement Project. Documents will be available at the Burlington Junction, Missouri City Hall. This project will be funded by the Clean Water Grant and Revolving Loan Fund through the Department of Natural Resources.

The following is a brief description of the project: Construction of a chlorine disinfection system and increasing the berm height by two feet at the existing wastewater treatment facility at Danube Road and Vine Street to meet the Department of Natural Resources permit requirements.
